摘要 近年来创新创业教育在我国高校正紧张有序地展开着,教师作为人才培养的核心,在创新创业教育中发挥着至关重要的作用,而合理的师资队伍结构是推进创新创业教育的重要保障。优化创新创业教育师资队伍结构需要从改善外部环境和完善内部管理入手,在高校健全教师考核聘任机制的同时,政府、社会应给予大力支持,以此来构建一支高水平、高素质的创新创业教育师资队伍。 In the recent years, innovative and entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities is develo- ping tast in China. Education, as the core of talent training, is playing a vital role in the innovative and entrepre- neurial education. A reasonable structure of teaching staff is an important guarantee of the innovative and entrepre- neurial education. Optimizing the structure of the teaching staff for the innovative and entrepreneurial education de- pends on the improvement of the external environment and the internal management. When the colleges and univer- sities try to perfect the teacher assessment mechanism, the government and society should strongly support them, in order to build a high-level and high-quality team of teachers for the innovative and entrepreneurial education.
