摘要
基于成果导向(OBE)的工程教育理念,针对人才培养模式创新面临的新问题,提出具有专业特色的新思想、新方法和新成果。文中在修订专业人才培养目标与毕业要求、构建科学合理的课程体系、探索教学模式、改革教学方式方法、完善教学质量监控体系、教学管理和运行机制等方面进行阐述,使材料科学与工程专业在践行"卓越计划"时充分体现对学生知识、能力和素质的培养。
Based on OBE engineering education concept,and in view of the new problems faced by the talent training mode innovation,the paper puts forward new ideas,new methods and new achievements with special features.Revising professional training objectives and graduation requirements,creating a scientific and reasonable curriculum system,exploring teaching mode,reforming the teaching methods,improving teaching quality monitoring system,teaching management and operation mechanism are introduced.The major of material science and engineering fully embodies the training of students＇ knowledge,ability and quality when it implements the project of＂Excellence Program＂.
