耐多药结核病治疗指南的发展趋势

Trends in development of treatment guidelines for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis

全球结核病发病率在2000-2017年略有下降，但在非洲和亚洲的部分地区仍控制不佳。耐多药结核病（multidrug-resistant tuberculosis，MDR-TB）的治疗现已成为全球公共卫生系统关注的重大问题，国际上对于MDR-TB最适宜的用药和治疗方案尚有争议。笔者总结了近年来WHO关于MDR-TB治疗的指南，对各指南的背景、主要建议、实施情况和发展趋势进行了分析。

The global incidence of tuberculosis has declined marginally from 2000 to 2017, but it is still under poor control in parts of Africa and Asia. Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis （MDR-TB） has become a major concerned issue in the global public health system, and the optimum medications and treatment regimens for MDR-TB remain controversial. This review summarizes the treatment guidelines for MDR-TB in recent years and analyzes the back- ground, specific recommendations, implementations and trends of these guidelines.
