摘要
详细阐述了CNCA-16-A13“皮革中禁用偶氮染料含量的测定”能力验证计划的实施过程.包括方案设计、统计设计、检测结果的统计计算、技术分析与建议等。技术人员基于皮革生产工艺,在染色步骤使用禁用偶氮染料,制备出本次能力验证样品。经检验,样品的均匀性和稳定性符合能力验证要求。本计划的实施不仅有助于了解国内相关领域实验室对皮革中禁用偶氮染料检测的整体水平,而且为实验室获得认证认可提供技术依据。
The implementation process of the proficiency testing program for determination of certain azo colorants in leather was described in detail, including design of the program, statistical design, statistical calculation of the re- suits, technical analysis and suggestion, etc. The testing materials were prepared by adding azo colorant to a blank sheepskin during dying process. The homogeneous and stability of the testing materials meet the requirements of proficiency testing program. The proficiency testing program will not only be good for investigating the level of participating laboratories in determination of certain azo colorants in leather, but also provide technically support for laboratory certification and accreditation.
