摘要
介绍了壳体的结构工艺特点,详述了保证壳体加工精度所采取的工艺措施,总结提炼了壳体类零件交叉孔系及油路孔加工顺序优化方法,创新设计了适用于多种壳体冲洗用的通用冲洗工装,缩短了典型壳体的加工周期,为同类零件工艺设计提供了有益的借鉴。
The structure and technological characteristics of complex shells were introduced. The technological measures for ensuring the machining accuracy of complex shells were described. the optimization method for machining sequence of cross hole system and oil hole system of the shell parts were summarized. A universal washing toll was designed to be suitable for washing various shells. The machining cycle of typical complex shells was shorten. In conclusion, it is stated that it provides a useful reference for the process design of the similar parts.
