个性化护理在小儿手足口病感染急诊护理中的应用效果研究

Application of Individualized Nursing in Emergency Nursing Care of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:探讨个性化护理在小儿手足口病感染急诊护理中的应用效果。方法:将73例小儿手足口病患儿随机分为研究组(37例)和对照组(36例),对照组给予常规护理,研究组则采用个性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组皮疹消退时间、痊愈时间分别为3.36±1.63天、7.46±1.45天,均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为8.11%、家属满意度为91.89%,分别优于对照组的19.44%和80.56%(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理在小儿手足口病感染急诊护理中的效果良好,能够有效加速皮疹消退和患儿痊愈,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of individualized nursing in emergency nursing care of hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD） infection in children. Methods： the study from April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital for treatment of children with HFMD infected children, a total of 73 cases,according to single and double beds, divided into control group and study group, the control group were treated with routine nursing, patients in study group received personalized nursing, nursing effects were compared between two groups and the. Results： the study group with the rash subsided and recovery time was（3.36＋1.63） days and（7.46＋1.45） days, the two indicators were lower than the control group, the time, the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the study group complication rate was 8.11%, the family satisfaction the clinical nursing was94.59%, the control group were 19.44% and 80.56%, less than the control group, the study group of complications, nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： personalized nursing has good effect on emergency care of hand foot and mouth disease infection in children. It can effectively speed up the extinction of skin rash and recovery of children, reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
