六味地黄膏摩促进幼鼠生长发育初探

Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Ointment Rubbing Promoting Growth and Development of Infant Rats

目的:观察六味地黄膏摩对幼鼠生长发育的影响。方法:取SD幼鼠28只,随机分为实验组和对照组各14只,实验组予六味地黄膏摩,对照组予凡士林膏摩,两组相同时间点检测体重,记录14天时睁眼数。结果:出生后28日两组幼鼠体重比较,实验组体重高于对照组(P<0.05);两组幼鼠14天睁眼数比较,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄膏摩能够通过透皮吸收发挥六味地黄复方制剂补益脾肾的功效,促进幼鼠的生长发育。

Objective： To observe the influence of six-ingredient rehmannia ointment rubbing on the growth and development of infant rats. Methods：28 infant SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group（n=14） and control group（n=14）, the experimental group received ointment rubbing with six-ingredient rehmannia ointment while control group with Vaseline, detected weight of the two groups at the same time points and recorded the number of eyes open at the 14 th day. Results： Compared the weight of 28 days after birth, experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）; at the 14 th day, the number of eyes open in experimental group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Six-ingredient rehmannia ointment rubbing can exert the efficiency of invigorating spleen and kidney in six-ingredient rehmannia compound preparation through percutaneous absorption to promote the growth and development of infant rats.
