摘要
据2017年4月底中国"有线电视行业发展公报"数据,2017年第一季度中国的有线电视用户总量相比2016年第一季度减少了173万户,降到了2.51亿户。虽然有很多地区的有线电视用户仍在增加,但更多的是老客户续费率下降,用户流失问题日益严峻。主要分析了中国有线电视用户流失的影响因素,进而结合广电自身问题,提出了相应的对策。
According to the data from China's Cable TV Industry Bulletin by the end of April 2017, the total number of cable subscribers in China dropped by 1.73 million in the first quarter of 2017 from a figure of 251 million in the first quarter of 2016 to 251 million. Although in many areas the number of cable television users is still increasing, what' s more frequent is the renewals of old customers are declining, so the problem of user loss is getting worse. This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of the loss of China's cable TV users, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures in light of its own problems.
