With the further promotion of triple play, the construction of two-way networks of radio and televi- sion operators in different regions are basically shaped. How to carry multiple services in a bidirectional network enables the smooth implementation of different priority services and the VLAN planning of services is the key issue. This article describes the EPON ＋ EOC-based networking environment and explores two different approaches to the concept and planning of PUPSPV for peer review of wired networks.
