为了做好2017年中国—东盟博览会期间的直播及传输工作,广西台调用了3辆高清电视转播车、4辆高清卫星车等相关设备分别布置到3个直播场馆,同时调用了技术部门各个工种的几乎全部人员上阵,经过多次召开直播协调会,统一部署,周密安排,明确各工种分工任务及相关责任,并加强与各方密切沟通交流,明确彼此需求,最终确定了整个直播传输方案。广西台按照既定的直播传输方案组织人员展开直播前期看点、设备调测、传输指标检测、直播彩排等工作,逐步落实直播传输安全保障工作。期间还有其他传输任务,广西台通过抽调高清卫星车及人员转场来负责完成任务,虽然有所考验,但最终还是顺利完成了本届博览会的所有直播及传输工作。

In order to do the broadcast and transmission work well in the China ASEAN Expo this year, Guan- gxi TV Station arranged three high-definition television equipment vehicles and four high-definition satellite communications vehicles in three live venues. Meanwhile, Guanxi TV station also arranged almost all the staff of technical departments there. After repeatedly live coordinations, and with unified deployment careful ar- rangements, all the staff have been given specific tasks. After frequent communications and specifying each other＇s needs, they ultimately determined the entire broadcast transmission scheme. In accordance with the es- tablished live transmission scheme, Guangxi TV Station organized people to start live pre viewing, equipment adjustment, transmission index detection, live broadcast, etc. , and ensured the live transmission security. During that period, there were other transmission tasks given to the station. Then the station finished the tasks through dispatching HD satellite vehicles and personnel transfer. Although with some challenges, Guanxi TV Station successfully completed all the live broadcast and transmission work of the Expo.
