摘要 低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)产品质量主要由所用材料和工艺设备的精度决定。丝网印刷机作为LTCC器件的关键工艺设备,对其进行结构优化和更新设计显得尤为重要。结合设备外形和占地面积要求,在保证工作台精度的前提下,对其三维工作台进行轻型化设计,既能减轻设备整体质量,又能提高设备的可靠性和稳定性。 The quality of LTCC products is mainly determined by the accuracy of the materials and the process equipment to be used. As the key process equipment of LTCC, the screen printer is particularly important for its structure optimization and update design. Based on the requirements of the equipments outline and the area of its occupying,the 3D stage is lightened design under the premise of guaranteeing the precision of the stage. It can reduce the overall weight of the equipment while improving its reliability and stability.
