摘要
介绍了在大跨度电子传输设备中的两种纠偏系统应用的实现方式,一种是通过安装在传送机构两侧的传感器检测信号触发调节气缸动作实现的传送带纠偏,另一种是利用超声波传感器检测偏光片边缘检测信号实现纠偏控制器和纠偏电机组成的控制系统完成的精准纠偏,在实际的应用中能够满足纠偏的要求。
This paper introduces the realization of two kinds of large-span correction applications in large span electronic equipment,one mode is using the sensor and adjusting the cylinder to correct the conveyor-belt,the other method is using the ultrasonic sensors to detect the edge of the film correction and both of them can meet the request of correction.
