首钢智造的理论探索与实践

Theoretical Exploration and Practice of Intelligent Manufacturing Theory in Shougang Group

通过回顾首钢发展历史及在搬迁调整过程中工业化与信息化的深度融合发展历程,介绍了两化深度融合对新首钢、新工艺与新技术的支撑。通过分析新的发展时期,钢铁企业面临的问题,开展了首钢智能制造的理论探索与实践,并提出了对三点热点问题的冷静思考。

By reviewing the development history, and the deep integration of Informatization and Industrialization in relocation of Shougang Group, the paper introduces the supports on new Shougang Group, new industrial process and new technology which are provided by deep integration of information and industrialization. Through a thorough analysis of the problems that iron and steel enterprises might confront with in the new development period, this paper also makes a theoretical exploration and practice of intelligent manufacturing. At last, this paper proposes three new thoughts about the recently hot research topics.
