摘要
文章对某电力设备生产过程相关问题进行了统计,并利用数理统计方法进行分析,以定量和定性的方式配合,逐层分解影响因素,最终找到了影响生产质量的主要因素,并制定了相关措施,该措施的成功应用,为其他产品的生产质量控制提供了参考。
This paper makes a detailed statistics about the problems that power equipments might confront with during production. After that, the main factors that affects production quality are found through a quantitative-qualitative analysis. As a result, a feasible solution is formed and implemented successfully. Results show that it can be supported as a reference for other products quality control.
