摘要
评述了国内外乙醛酸的各种生产方法;介绍了乙醛酸的主要消费应用领域;讨论了国内在乙醛酸生产和消费领域中存在的问题。乙醛酸生产方法有多种,建议以草酸电化学还原法和乙二醛氧化法作为开发乙醛酸的主要生产路线。今后应加大乙醛酸下游产品特别是高附加值及工业应用前景广阔的化学品的开发力度,如乙基香兰素、尿囊素、对羟基苯甘氨酸和2-羟基膦乙酸等产品。
In the paper, both production and application of glyoxylic acid at home and abroad have been introduced. The methods, which glyoxylic acid is manufactured by electrochemical reducing of oxalic acid and oxidizing of glyoxal , are suggested. Hereafter, it should be made the most of glyoxylic acid to develop profitable chemicals such as ethyl vanillin , al-lantoin, D - HPG, 2 - hydroxyphosphoryl acetic acid etc., the auther suggested.
