摘要
为了分析得出山西省生态建设方面的短板,通过PSR模型(压力—状态—相应)构建了环境质量、环境治理、资源利用与污染控制和生态系统活力4个方面的指标体系,采集了2011—2015年的相关环境数据,对相应的环境绩效指数进行了计算、分析。结果表明,"十二五"以来山西省的环境生态绩效指数总体呈上升趋势,但从各专项来看,环境质量在2013年前后出现了波动,这也暴露出了长期以来积累下的一些环境问题。
In order to analyze the short board of ecological construction in Shanxi Province,this paper constructs index systems of 4 aspects such as environmental quality,environmental governance,resource utilization and pollution control and ecosystem vitality through the PSR model（pressure state corresponding）,collects the related environmental data from2011 to 2015,and calculates and analyses the corresponding environmental performance index. The results show that the environmental ecological performance index of Shanxi Province has shown an upward trend since 12 th Five-Year.However,from the special point of view,environmental quality fluctuated before and after 2013,which also revealed some environmental problems accumulated for a long time.
