摘要
孔板消能是水利工程中广泛应用的一种消能方式,具有消能效果好、空化破坏小及结构简单等优点。孔板的孔径比和流体的雷诺数是影响孔板消能效果的主要因素。采用数值模拟方法,分析了孔板消能率随孔板的孔径比和雷诺数变化的规律,并通过拟合计算得到消能率经验式。该研究成果对类似工程的设计和施工具有一定的参考价值。
Orifice energy dissipator is a kind of energy dissipation,which is widely used in hydraulic engineering,has the advantages of good effect of energy dissipation,cavitation damage small and simple structure. The aperture ratio of the orifice and the Reynolds number of the fluid are the main factors affecting the energy dissipation effect of the orifice. This paper uses the numerical simulation method,analyzes the rule of energy dissipation ratio based on the variation of aperture ratio and Reynolds number,and obtains the empirical formula of energy dissipation ratio by fitting calculation. The research result has a certain reference value for the design and construction of similar projects.
