基于患者安全文化的住院医师规范化培训基地临床学习环境调查:以北京市为例

Patient safety culture based resident standardized training base clinical practice environment investigation: taking Beijing as an example

目的:调查北京市在培住院医师对所在培训基地患者安全文化的认识,为培训管理者了解住院医师规范化培训基地临床学习环境现状并制定改进措施提供依据。方法:采用医院安全文化调查问卷对北京市10所培训基地住院医师进行调查。结果:共1006名住院医师参与了调查,住院医师对以下维度积极反应率较高:科室内团队合作、管理者促进安全的期望与行动、对患者安全的管理支持、对错误的反馈和沟通、对患者安全的总体感觉。积极反应率低的维度有:人员配置、对错误的非惩罚性反应。结论:北京市住院医师培训基地患者安全文化整体较好,存在的问题系全国共性问题,住院医师参与患者安全与医疗质量过程有待提高。

Objectives： To learn the resident＇s awareness of patient safety culture of in resident standardized training base and give reference for improving clinical practice environment in the base. Methods： Residents in 10 clinical standardized training bases were received a hospital safety culture questionnaire. Results： 1006 resident received the investigation. Active reaction included team cooperation,leader＇s expectation and action,patient safety management support,feedback and discussion about adverse event and general thoughts on patient safety. Negative reaction included human resources allocation and non-punishment countermeasures. Conclusions： There is common problems of patient safety culture in China. Beijing resident standardized training base has good patient safety culture and resident participation in patient safety and medical quality needs to be pay more attention.
