摘要
台湾地区医院医疗服务质量的提升得益于其全面医疗质量管理。笔者通过参访台湾地区3所医学中心,对其医疗质量管理进行研究并对台湾地区医疗质量管理的特点作出归纳:(1)医院将医疗质量作为管理的核心;(2)医院设有专职机构推进质量管理;(3)使用多重专业管理工具提升质量管理效率和成果;(4)利用医院信息化建设有效提高质量管理水平;(5)注重系统改善,打造不惩罚个人的患者安全文化。在此基础上,对医院医疗质量的提升提出以下建议:(1)医院需加快推进质量管理工作进程;(2)医院管理层应加大对质量管理的重视程度;(3)进一步加强医院信息化建设;(4)积极开展管理培训,学习先进管理理念和方法;(5)提升医院整体文化建设内涵。
Hospital quality management promotion in Taiwan region is benefit from its total medical quality management. Based on the investigation of 3 medical center in Taiwan region,the characters of medical quality management in Taiwan region can be summarized as medical quality management centered,special institute pushing quality management,various professional management tool improving quality management efficiency and effectiveness,highlighting on information system and non-punishment patient safety culture. Suggestions such as strengthening quality management,paying more attention on quality management,information system,training and promoting hospital culture construction have been presented.
