护理储备护士是在医改新环境下应运而生的群体,加强护理储备护士中党员的管理具有重要意义。首都医科大学宣武医院通过对护理储备党员特点、成立护理临时党支部必要性、护理临时党支部职责和工作制度的论证,对护理临时党支部的建立机制进行初步探索,在组织建设中初见成效。

Reserving nurses are the new groups under healthcare reform. The management of the CPC party members in reserving nurses has great means for party management. Through the discussion of the characteristics of the party members of reserving nurses,the necessity of establishing the temporary party branch of nursing,the duty of the temporary party branch and the working system,the establishment mechanism of the temporary party branch of reserving nurses has been discussed and got good effectiveness.
