Discussion on IVD reagents procure management in large public hospitals

现阶段北京市公立医院改革平稳落地,通过加强医院内部控制及成本管理提高运营效益成为医院运营管理的关键。通过梳理北京协和医院临床应用体外诊断试剂品牌准入管理实践,总结经验与成果的同时,发现公平、效率、效益失衡的问题突出,进而通过对效率降低与成本转嫁的原因分析,探究分层次品牌遴选、多样化性能验证、多维度成本核算及制度化流程监管的试剂采购管理平衡机制。

Under the environment of public hospital reform in Beijing,strengthening hospital internal control and cost management is the key strategy on improving operation and financial management. Based on the practice of IVD reagent admission management in Peking Union Medical College Hospital,problems and causes in equity,efficiency and effectiveness was analyzed. Suggestions such as brand admission,multi-dimensional reagent access balance mechanism of institutionalized process regulation were presented.
