沥青混合料温度主曲线研究

摘要 沥青混合料是一种温度敏感性材料,温度对于沥青混合料的粘弹参数会产生较大的影响。为了分析温度对沥青混合料粘弹参数的影响,选取两种沥青混合料通过DMA设备进行扫描,根据时温等效原理并采用试算法确定平移因子,根据平移因子与初始值进行拟合最终绘制了复模量、相位角温度主曲线。结果表明:试算法确定平移因子能够避免材料参数较大误差,并且试算法确定的平移因子与频率相关性较好;相位角主曲线随着温度升高而呈现递增规律,复模量随着温度的升高呈现递减规律;30#沥青主曲线与50#复模量值更大,相位角更小;温度主曲线的建立能反映温度的变化规律,完善主曲线参数方程。 The green mixture is a kind of temperature sensitive material, and the temperature has great influence on the viscoelastic parameters of asphalt mixture. In order to analyze influence of temperature on asphalt mixture viscoelastic parameters, selection of two kinds of asphalt mixture by DMA scanning equipment, according to the principle of time temperature equivalent and test algorithm is adopted to define the translation factor, according to the translation factor and initial values for fitting eventually mapped the complex modulus, the temperature of the phase Angle of the main curve. The results show that the test algorithm determines that the translation factor can avoid the large error of material parameters, and that the translation factor determined by the test algorithm is better than the frequency correlation. The main curve of phase Angle increases with the increase of temperature, and the complex modulus decreases with the increase of temperature. The30# asphalt main curve and 50# complex modulus are larger and the phase Angle is smaller. The establishment of temperature main curve can reflect the changing law of temperature and improve the parametric equation of the main curve.
