再生乳化沥青稀浆混合料配合比的设计方法及其应用

摘要 在沥青路面的养护中,旧沥青混合料被铣刨下来大部分被废弃,造成严重的污染和浪费,有相当部分的沥青路面在出现早期病害时即被铣刨,铣刨回收沥青混合料远没有物尽其用。文章提出了铣刨回收沥青混合料表观级配的概念,对掺配有铣刨回收的沥青混合料进行筛分,利用铣刨回收沥青混合料再生稀浆封层混合料配合比的设计,对混合料配合比进行计算及试验,为铣刨回收沥青混合料的使用,提供筛选和评价方法和技术质量保障。 In the maintenance of asphalt pavement, most of the old asphalt mixtures are milled and discarded, resulting in serious pollution and waste. In particular, a considerable portion of the asphalt pavement is milled due to early diseases,and the bituminous mixture recycled by the milling machine is far from the best of its energy. This paper presents the concept of the apparent gradation of asphalt mixture recovered by milling, that is, the gradation obtained by sieving the asphalt mixture mixed with milling recovery. In this experiment, the design of the mix proportion of recycled slurry seal mixture of asphalt mixture was recovered by milling, and the mix proportion was calculated and tested, to provide screening and evaluation methods and quality guarantee technology for using milling recycling asphalt mixture.
