高低温一体化改性剂配伍试验研究

摘要 采用高低温改性一体化技术手段,研发出一种新型高低温一体化改性剂(YTG),可提高寒区沥青路面的抗开裂与抗车辙性能,有效地减少严寒地区沥青路面冬季低温比较突出的裂缝破坏,该技术同时可以避免夏季高温期因重车作用出现的车辙破坏。试验表明:高低温一体化改性剂(YTG)技术对全面提高寒区沥青路面的使用质量及耐久性、降低路面的养护费用、延长路面的使用寿命,具有非常重要的意义。 A new type of modifier integrated with high and low temperature( YTG) has been developed by means of high and low temperature modification technology, which can promote the crack-resistance and rut-resistance properties of the asphalt pavement in cold regions. Thus, the winter prominent cracking problem of the asphalt pavement in cold regions can be alleviated effectively, and the rut problem in summer due to the heavy vehicle load can be prevented as well. The results show that the YTG technology has a very important practical significance to improve the quality and durability of the asphalt pavement in the cold area, reduce the maintenance cost of the pavement and prolong the service life of the pavement.
