内蒙古地区某综合管廊围护结构内支撑系统预加力研究

摘要 目前国内各类基坑技术规范(程)中,对排桩内支撑体系中钢支撑预加力控制值的规定存在较大差异,控制值从支撑轴力设计值的30%到80%不等,文中选用了内蒙古地区城市综合管廊建设中常用的8.5m深度基坑作为研究对象,分别对内支撑施加不同的预加力,得出合理的预加力施加范围,为今后该地区基坑设计工作提供可靠的依据。 At present, among technical specification for various kinds of foundation pit in China, there are a lot of differences in the control values of the pre-stressing force of steel strut in the soldier pile wall with strut system, and the control value varies from 30% to 80% of the design values of the supporting axis force. In this paper, the 8.5 m depth excavation usually used in the construction of urban integrated corridor in Inner Mongolia area is selected as the research object. The different preloads are applied to the inner support respectively, and the reasonable pre-stressing range is obtained. It can provide reliable basis for the design of excavation in this area in the future.
