痴呆的神经影像学研究进展

摘要 痴呆（dementia）是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,主要表现为记忆损伤等进行性认知障碍,严重影响患者个人及其家庭,而且给国家和社会经济造成了沉重的负担。全球医疗保健的发展在促进寿命延长的同时,也促进了社会老龄化的加剧,从而增加了晚期生活中认知衰退和痴呆的风险。
