库拉索芦荟富硒栽培技术研究 被引量:1

Cultivation technology of artificial supplement of selenium to Aloe vera L.

摘要 通过在大棚条件下盆栽芦荟,以不同浓度梯度的硒营养液作为外源硒,采用根系施硒和叶面喷洒施硒两种方式,分别在补硒后的不同时间段检测芦荟总硒、有机硒、芦荟苷、芦荟多糖、芦荟总氨基酸的含量,研究施不同浓度硒营养液对库拉索芦荟营养成分的影响。结果表明,在大棚条件下,使用400mg/L硒营养液叶面喷施时,库拉索芦荟硒富集效果最好,于叶喷后第一周期、第二周期、第三周期取样检测,总硒分别为:11.75、31.40和59.70mg/kg,有机硒分别为:8.99、27.00和52.60mg/kg;芦荟苷含量分别为2 690、1 830和4 350mg/kg,芦荟多糖含量分别为39.13、55.31和30.13mg/mL,氨基酸含量分别为0.41、0.47和0.63g/100g,该处理明显优于其它处理组。说明芦荟适当进行补硒会促进芦荟多糖、氨基酸的合成。 The purpose of this research is to study the influence of different concentrations of exogenous selenium on the the synthesis of total and organic selenium,barbaloin,aloe polysaccharide,and amino acid of Aloe vera L.by soil culture in greenhouse.The results showed that in greenhouse cultivation conditions,the best effect was obtained with 400 mg/L of exogenous selenium as spray fertilizer.During the first,the second and the third period,total and organic selenium reached 11.75,31.40,59.70 mg/kg and 8.99,27.00,52.60 mg/kg respectively,the contents of aloin were 2 690,1 830 and 4 350 mg/kg,respectively,the contents of aloe polysaccharide were 39.13,55.31 and30.13 mg/mL,and the amino acid contents were 0.41,0.47 and 0.63 g/100 g respectively.This treatment was significantly better than other treatments.Therefore,proper selenium supplement can promote the synthesis of aloe polysaccharide and amino acid of Aloe vera L.
