咳嗽变异性哮喘患者诱导痰中NGF和IL-4的水平变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察咳嗽变异性哮喘患者诱导痰中NGF和IL-4水平变化情况,探讨NGF和IL-4在嗽变异性哮喘患者中的作用。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月在本院接受治疗的40例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为本研究的观察组,并予以抗感染、止咳化痰和布地奈德雾化吸入等对症治疗,同时选取同期在本院接受体检的健康者作为对照组。采用ELISA检测法对两组患者的NGF和IL-4水平进行比较,并比较观察组患者治疗前后的NGF和IL-4水平变化情况。结果观察组患者的NGF和IL-4水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时,观察组患者治疗后的NGF和IL-4水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清IL-4和NGF水平异常升高,可作为咳嗽变异性哮喘患者治疗有效的指标。
