《天盛改舊新定律令》卷一一“使來往門”譯證

A Corrective Translation on the New Laws of Tiansheng volume eleven “socialise”

本文依據俄藏黑水城文獻中刊佈的《天盛改舊新定律令》原版照片對卷一一"使來往門"部分條款内容進行了西夏文録文、對譯、參照2000年版漢譯本《天盛改舊新定律令》對這一部分内容進行了再譯釋,並就其中部分漏譯和誤譯的内容進行了補正,對部分西夏字詞譯釋作注,一方面以期能够在先賢譯釋的基礎上有所補漏,使律令的漢譯本更趨完善;另一方面希望通過文獻的原文録文、對譯、譯文體察不同語言語義在實際應用中的對接轉换,爲我們考釋其他西夏文文獻提供語素方面的素材。

Based on the photos published in the Russia collection KharaKhoto Documents,the paper enters and translates the content of volume eleven"socialise",Referring to the Chinese version of the2000 edition of the"The New Laws of Tiansheng",this part of the content has been reinterpreted.Some of the missing and mistranslated contents are corrected,and the translation of some Tangut words is annotated.On the one hand,we hoped that the Chinese translation of laws and decrees will be more perfect.On the other hand,we hoped that the translation will be able to understand the interfacing and conversion of different language semantics in practical application.To provide morphological material for the research of Tangut Documents.
