摘要
采用高效液相二极管阵列检测法测定牙膏原料升麻提取液中异阿魏酸的含量。采用ZORBAX SB-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以0.3%磷酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长322 nm。实验结果表明,该方法精密度和稳定性良好,异阿魏酸质量浓度为4~380 mg·L^(-1),标准物质峰面积与质量浓度线性关系良好(r>0.999 5);加标回收率为96%~101%。
The content of isoferulic acid in the extract of Rhizoma Cimicifugae(a raw material for toothpaste) was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD). ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile 0.3% phosphoric acid and the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min. The wavelength for detection had been set at 322 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. The results showed that, the precision and stability of the method were fine. Good linear relationship(r 〉0.999 5) was observed for the mass concentration of isoferulic acid from 4~380 mg·L^(-1). The recoverties of isoferulic acid were 96%~101%.
