摘要
对某型交直流电磁接触器的触头压力数值进行理论分析,结合实际检测数据,提出该产品触头压力设计不完善之处。基于相关理论并结合同行业近似产品的经验参数,对产品触头压力数值进行改进,使触头压力数值进一步完善,提高了产品的电气性能及机械性能。
The article makes a theoretical analysis of the contact pressure values for certain AC-DC electromagneticcontactor. In combination of actual test data,it points out the insufficiency in the contact pressure design. Based onthe relevant theories and in combination of empirical parameters for similar products of the industry,the contactpressure value is improved to enhance the electrical and mechanical performance of the products.
