探索阶段的微警务,是"互联网+"时代警务模式变革的产物,既包括运用信息技术、依托网络传播平台的警务活动,又包括发现小问题、解决小困难的公安基层基础工作,内涵丰富,形式多样,方便快捷,操作简便。微警务存在缺乏统一规范、定位不精确、衔接交流机制不足、效能待改善等问题,需要尽快建立制度规范、准确定位、加强体制内外衔接、改善效能与提高影响力,确保微警务长远发展。
