摘要 随着经济的不断发展,机动车保有量和驾驶人数量逐年增多,驾车出行已经成为普遍的生活方式,然而薄弱的城市交通网、不协调的城区路网规划、频繁的城区道路建设、单一的交通管理手段等,造成了交通拥堵、交通事故频发,所带来的问题制约了经济发展、降低了群众的满意度。公安机关要善于破解交通管理的难题,以技术不断革新的视频监控技术作为推动力,实现视频数据与警务大数据协同,加强人车管控,建设开放的智能分析与应用平台,推动视频数据的大联网,提高公安交通管理警务实战的效能。 With the further economic development, the number of motor vehicles and drivers increases every year and it becomes a popular life style to drive cars. However, vulnerable urban road networks, uncoordinated road network planning, busy road building, poor traffic management approaches and so on lead to traffic jams and frequent traffic accidents, all of which have hindered the economic development and decreased public satisfaction sense. Public agencies should be at good at solving the traffic management puzzle by strengthening the innovation of surveillance camera technology, coordinating surveillance camera data and policing data, enhancing the management of drivers and their vehicles, building intelligent analyzing platform, stimulating the connection between video camera data and improving traffic management effectiveness.
