近年来,闵行区妨害公务罪案件呈现总体高发、稳中有降趋势。通过司法办案大数据的提取与分析,可以从中探析妨害公务罪的发案特点、规律、原因,从而提供遏制本区妨害公务犯罪高发的对策与建议。

In recent years, the crime of obstructing public affairs has frequently occurred but tends to decline in Minhang District. By analyzing data related with cases tried by judicial departments, the characteristics, law, causes of the crime incidence are available so that countermeasures and suggestions can be taken to curb the high incidence rate in the district.
