摘要
对改性磺化碱木素陶瓷添加剂(LST-MA)进行红外光谱分析,表明经改性后的木质素分子已成功地引入了羧酸基团。将LST-MA的分散性及增强性与市场上的HY和JT添加剂进行了比较,研究结果表明:其分散性和增强性皆优于对比样HY和JT,可在陶瓷生产企业中加以推广。
A modified sulfonated alkali lignin additive for ceramics (LST-MA) was analyzed with infrared spectroscopy. The FTIR indicated that the carboxylic acid group had been introduced into the modified lignin molecule successfully. Then, the dispersion efficiency and reinforcing efficiency of LST-MA were compared with those of the commercial additives, i.e., HY and JT. Results show that LST-MA has better dispersion efficiency and reinforcing efficiency than the commercial HY and JT. Therefore, the LST-MA could be popularized in ceramic manufacture.
