重度慢性牙周炎应用牙周翻瓣术治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of severe chronic periodontitis with periodontal flap

目的:观察重度慢性牙周炎应用牙周翻瓣术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取80例重度慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法划分为AB两组,其中A组应用牙周基础治疗,B组应用牙周翻瓣术治疗,对比两组治疗前后的PLI、SBI、CAL、PD以及血清炎性因子变化。结果:组间治疗后的PLI、SBI、CAL、PD、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重度慢性牙周炎应用牙周翻瓣术治疗,疗效良好,能有效控制炎症。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of flap surgery in treatment of severe chronic periodontitis periodontal. Methods：80 cases of severe chronic periodontitis patients in Hospital as the research object, randomly divided into two groups including AB, group A, periodontal treatment, B the application of group periodontal flap surgery treatment, compared two groups of PLI, SBI, CAL, PD and serum inflammatory factors. Results：after treatment group PLI, SBI, CAL, PD, IL-1 beta, IL-6, TNF - alpha, CRP level contrast, P〈 0.05. Conclusion：severe chronic periodontitis is treated with periodontal flap operation. It has good curative effect and can effectively control the inflammation.
