葛根芩连汤治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Gegen Qin Lian Decoction on rotavirus enteritis in children

目的:探究葛根芩连汤治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法:选择收治的67例小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(33例)和观察组(34例)。对照组患儿使用常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用葛根芩连汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效,并观察患儿发热消退、腹泻与呕吐停止时间。结果:观察组总有效率(97.06%,33/34)显著高于对照组(75.76%,25/33),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床治疗中应用葛根芩连汤,可显著提升治疗效果,促进临床症状改善,有助于缩短疗程,减轻患儿痛苦。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of Gegen Qin Lian Decoction on children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods：a total of 67 children with rotavirus enteritis were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group （33 eases） and observation group （34 cases）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment, the observation group was treated with Gegen Qin Lian Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the fever subsided, diarrhea and vomiting stop time were observed.Results：the total effective rate of the observation group （97.06%, 33/34） was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.76%, 25/33）, and the difference between groups was P〈 0.05.Conclusion：Gegen Decoction in the clinical treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, shorten the course of treatment anti relieve the pain of children.
