左氧氟沙星、头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎观察

目的:探究左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎的效果观察。方法:将收治的100例老年肺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组患者选择头孢哌酮舒巴坦的方式进行治疗,观察组患者选择联合左氧氟沙星的方式给予治疗,比较观察两组患者临床疗效和用药的安全性。结果:对比两组患者总有效率发现,观察组患者总有效率为92%,对照组患者总有效率为74%,两组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者进行药物治疗后,不良症状反应的发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),停药后都可自行缓解。结论:相较采用单一的头孢哌酮舒巴坦用药,通过左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎具有显著的效果,能够提高临床效果,用药更具安全性。
