摘要
目的:观察中医特色护理对鼓胀患者的应用效果。方法:纳入100例鼓胀患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组(各50例),对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行中医特色护理,观察两组患者生活质量及护理满意度情况。结果:护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分较对照组均显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:对鼓胀患者行中医特色护理,能有效改善患者临床症状,提高护理服务的质量,值得临床推广实施。
Objective：To observe the effect of TCM characteristic nursing on the patients with bulging. Methods：in 100 patients with ballooning as the research object, according to the random number table method divided into observation group and control group （50 cases） and control group routine nursing, the observation group characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, observe two groups of nursing satisfaction and quality of life. Results：After nursing, the quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Application of TCM nursing to patients with bulging can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of nursing service, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
