低位结肠癌造瘘术患者中应用延续护理的生存质量影响

The impact of the quality of life on the application of continuous nursing in patients with low level colon cancer stoma

目的:探讨在低位结肠癌造瘘术患者护理中应用延续护理对患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取收治的70例低位结肠癌患者进行观察,所有患者均采用低位结肠癌造瘘术治疗。采用随机数字表法将患者分为常规组、延续组,分别给予常规护理、延续护理,8个月后,观察两组患者护理效果。结果:延续组患者的生活质量量表(SF-36评分)、护理满意评分均比常规组高,且并发症明显更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在低位结肠癌造瘘术护理中采取延续护理能提高患者的自我护理能力,降低术后并发症,提升患者的生存质量,值得推广。

Objective：Analysis of the effect of continuous nursing on the patient＇s quality of life in the nursing of patients with low colon cancer storna.Methods：70 cases of low eoloreetal cancer patients were observed, all patients were treated with low colon fistula treatment. Randomly were divided into routine group, continuation group, were given routine nursing care, extended care, after 8 months, to observe the nursing effect of two groups. Results：The quality of life scale （SF-36 score） of the continuation group （P〈 0.05） was higher than that of the conventional group, and the complications were significantly less （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion;Continuous care in low colon cancer stoma nursing can improve self-care ability, reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
