探讨一体化护理对COPD患者呼吸训练依从性的作用

目的:探讨一体化护理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸训练依从性的积极作用。方法:选取某福利院收治的86例COPD患者,随机分为对照组(实施常规护理)和实验组(实施一体化护理),对比两组患者呼吸训练依从性,评价护理前后生存质量。结果:实验组呼吸训练依从性(90.70%)明显高于对照组(65.12%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组患者WHOQOL-BREF量表评分相似(P>0.05),护理后实验组评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对COPD患者实施一体化护理能够显著提升其呼吸训练依从性,促进肺功能改善。

Objective：To study the positive effect of integrated nursing on Respiratory training compliance in COPD patients.Methods：86 patients with COPD stable stage were treated in hospital, They were randomly divided into the experimental group （routine nursing） and the control group （integrated nursing）, The respiratory training compliance was compared between the two groups, Evaluate the quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing.Results：the compliance rate of respiratory training in experimental group was 90.70%, which was higher than that of control group by 65.12%, The difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）,The difference of WHOQOL-BREF score between the two groups before nursing was not obvious （P〉 0.05）. The score of the experimental group was higher than that the control group after the nursing, The difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：integrated nursing can improve the compliance of respiratory training for patients with COPD, It can improve lung function.
