微血管减压术治疗24例原发性三叉神经痛的护理

Microvascular decompression for primary trigeminal neuralgia : a nursing care study for 24 cases

目的:探讨微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的术前、术后护理措施及效果。方法:选取某医院神经外科24例原发性三叉神经痛采用微血管减压术的患者作为研究对象,针对患者的实际病情给予相应的术前准备、心理护理、术后病情观察、并发症的护理等护理措施,分析评估术后治疗及护理效果。结果:24例三叉神经痛患者,完全缓解15例,完全缓解率为62.5%;明显好转9例,明显好转率为37.5%;术后未出现任何护理并发症,治疗有效率为100%。结论:在微血管减压术中,针对不同的患者,通过做好围手术期的护理工作,可提高治疗效果以及护理满意度。

Objective：To analysis the preoperative and postoperative nursing measures and effect of microvascular decompression in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods：Selected 24 cases of neurosurgery of the Hospital, which have Primary trigeminal neuralgia with microvascular decompression were selected as subjects. According to the actual condition of the patients, corresponding nursing measures including preoperative preparation, psychological nursing , postoperative observation and management of complications were used. Postoperative treatment and nursing effects are analyzed.Results：24 cases of trigeminal neuralgia patients, complete remission in 15 cases, complete remission rate of 62.5%; significantly improved in 9 cases, the apparent improvement rate was 37.5%;postoperation without any nursing complication, treatment effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：For different patients with microvascular decompression, effective perioperative nursing measures can improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction.
