优质护理服务在冠心病患者围手术期应用分析

Application of high quality nursing service in perioperative period of patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨优质护理服务在冠心病患者围手术期中应用的效果。方法:将收治的冠心病患者按照数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,其中对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用优质护理,比较两组患者的焦虑评分、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果:研究组患者的焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对采用冠脉搭桥手术治疗的围手术期冠心病患者实施优质护理可以有效地缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To explore the effect of high quality nursing service in perioperative period of coronary heart disease （CHD） patients.Methods：patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group received conventional nursing, the research group received the quality of nursing care. Anxiety score, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：the anxiety scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was obviously higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing care could effectively relieve the anxiety of patients treated with coronary artery bypass surgery, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications in the perioperation periodof coronary heart disease patients. It is worthy of clinical use.
