优质护理对门急诊输液患者满意度的影响分析

Influence of high quality care on patients' satisfaction in outpatient and emergency infusion

目的:通过对门急诊的输液患者执行优质护理,探究其效果和患者满意度。方法:从某医院门急诊收治的需要进行输液治疗的病人中随机双盲抽取90例患者样本进行研究,随机分为对照组和试验组各45例,对照组患者给予输液治疗的常规护理,试验组患者采用优质护理的模式对输液治疗进行护理,比较两组患者出现的不良事件和患者对于治疗过程的各项评分。结果:两组患者进行对比,试验组患者输液时出现的不良事件明显少于对照组;而且试验组患者对输液环境、护理人员工作态度、专业技能输液治疗总体满意度的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对门急诊输液治疗的患者实行优质护理,可以有效降低输液治疗中出现的不良事件,可以提高患者对护理工作的评分和对治疗的满意度。

Objective：Through the implementation of high quality nursing of outpatient infusion patients, to explore the effect and satisfaction of patients.Methods：90 cases of transfusion patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 45 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing of infusion therapy the quality of nursing care, experimental group were treated with the model for nursing care of infusion therapy, adverse events were compared between the two groups of patients for the treatment process and the score.Results：the two groups were compared, the adverse events in the test group was significantly less than the patients in the control group; and the patients in the experimental group infusion environment, nursing staff work attitude, professional skills of nurses, and infusion therapy overall satisfaction scores were significantly higher than patients in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：high quality the implementation of emergency department on nursing needs received infusion therapy, patients can effectively reduce the adverse events of infusion therapy, which can improve the score of the patients for nursing care and treatment satisfaction.
