长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类转录本长度超过200个核苷酸的RNA分子,本身不具有开放阅读框架,不参与蛋白质的翻译过程。因此,以往长链非编码RNA不被研究者们所重视。而今,越来越多的研究发现长链非编码RNA参与肿瘤发生发展、转移等过程。该文着重综述了长链非编码RNA与妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展的关系,为今后治疗此类恶性肿瘤寻找新的靶标和途径提供参考。

Long non-coding RNA （lncRNA） is a class of RNA molecules with a length of more than 200 nucleotides, which does not have an open reading frame and is not involved in the process of protein translation. Thus in the past, long non-coding RNA is not paid attention by researchers. Nowadays, more and more studies have demonstrated that long non-coding RNA has been involved in tumorigenesis, metastasis and so on. This way we summarized the correlation between long non-coding RNA and gynecologic malignancies in order to search new targets for tumor therapy.
