96例绝经后阴道出血原因及护理分析

目的:探讨女性患者绝经后阴道出血的原因及护理措施。方法:以医院进行治疗的96例绝经后阴道出血患者为研究对象,分析所有患者绝经后的出血原因,并对其相应的护理方式进行探讨。结果:经分析统计可知,造成96例患者绝经后阴道出血的原因主要有内分泌失调、生殖器炎症、感染和妇科恶性肿瘤等原因。并且,随着女性年龄的逐渐增长,绝经年限的逐渐增加,妇科肿瘤性疾病的患病概率也在逐渐增加,造成患者绝经后阴道出血的概率也就越大(P<0.05)。结论:通过采用全面的护理方式对绝经后阴道出血患者进行护理,能够显著改善患者预后,疏导患者紧张、焦虑的负面心理状态,有助于患者治疗信心的提升。

Objective：To analyze the cause of women with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, and care. Methods：in the hospital for treatment of 96 patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding as the research object, analyzes all patients with postmenopausal bleeding reason, and discusses the corresponding nursing methods. Results：through the analysis of statistics, the causes of 96 cases of patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding mainly have endocrine disorders, genital inflammation, infection, and gynecologic malignant tumors and other reasons. Growing and, as women age, menopausal age increasing, gynecological tumor diseases risk are also gradually increase, due to the greater the risk of patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：by adopting comprehensive way of nursing care in patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, it can significantly improve the prognosis of patients, ease the tension, anxiety and negative psychological status, and boost confidence.
