Objective:To discuss the actual effect and experience of using venous indwelling needle and scalp needle in pre hospital care. Methods:in pre hospital visits in 460 cases selected by intravenous infusion resuscitation were randomly divided into control group (normal scalp acupuncture group) and observation group (catheter group), 230 cases in each group, to observe the success rate, needle slip rate, exosmosis rate and emergency room reserved vein puncture. The two group. Results:there was no significant difference in the success rate of needle puncture between the two groups. The rate of needle slippage and the rate of extravasation of drugs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the reserve rate of the emergency ventricular vein passage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion:the rational use of intravenous indwelling needle is helpful to maintain the patency of venous infusion during the first aid stage and improve the rescue efficiency.
