某地区5岁儿童口腔健康状况及龋病因素分析

目的:探讨某地区5岁儿童口腔健康状况调查及龋病相关因素。方法:选用抽样方法开展调查,对某幼儿园中5岁儿童开展调查,采用问卷调查的方式,了解儿童的口腔卫生习惯、饮食习惯、喂养方式以及家长的文化程度等。结果:农村儿童龋均发生率高于城镇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城镇男性填充率为2.46%,女性填充率为3.17%,农村男性填充率2.24%,女性填充率为2.44%。5岁儿童一直用奶瓶、喝奶粉以及经常含奶瓶发生龋病概率最高,与其他情况相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建议定期开展口腔健康培训,纠正儿童错误饮食习惯,提高早晚刷牙意识,从而降低龋病发生率。
