肿瘤大数据中心信息系统建设初探

Preliminary Research on Information System Construction of Tumor Big Data Center

目的:为全国范围内肿瘤信息互联互通提供基础支撑,向各级医院提供肿瘤诊疗协作服务。方法:从总体框架、技术架构包括云中心物理架构以及业务架构几个层面规划并设计信息系统。结果:设计肿瘤大数据中心信息系统,能够采集、存储、分析各级医院恶性肿瘤诊疗信息,并提供远程医疗服务。结论:建设肿瘤大数据中心实现区域各级肿瘤专科医院与综合性医院肿瘤信息聚合,并提供远程服务,对优化调整癌症防控策略与防治工作意义重大。

Objective： To provide technical support for the pathogenesis, death, survival and changing trend of malignant tumors in urban and rural areas. Methods： Design information system from the aspects of the overall framework, technical architecture that includes cloud center physical architecture, business architecture. Results： Design of big tumor data platform, integrated clinical phenotype data, image data and group data, to promote tumor research progress. Conclusions： The purpose of the construction of national tumor big data center is to achieve regional cancer specialist hospital and comprehensive hospital tumor information aggregation, provide remote services and contribute to optimize cancer prevention and control strategies and prevention work.
