摘要
目的:介绍大数据分析在信息化医疗领域的发展应用,通过对医院医疗服务行为监管的研究,探讨监管的有效性。方法:针对大数据技术在医疗领域的发展趋势,以及《国务院深化医药卫生体制改革领导小组关于进一步推广深化医药卫生体制改革经验的若干意见》等国家医改政策,从院领导、相关部门、科室和一线临床医务人员的角度,分析了医疗大数据对医疗服务行为监管的应用需求。结果:结合需求,提出并构建医疗服务行为监管系统。结论:通过医院大数据分析和知识库系统支撑,加强医院医疗行为监管。
Objective： To introduce development and application of big data analytics in informationized medical field and to reach greater regulatory effectiveness through the investigation of hospital medical care behaviors. Methods： Complying with national relevant medical reform policy and documents, following the development trend of big data application in medical field, considering the actual demand of hospital leadership, related departments, department staff and frontline medical staff, analyze application requirements for medical big data in the supervision of medical care behavior. Results： Propose and construct medical service behavior supervision system combined with demand. Conclusion： Strengthen hospital supervision with the help of big data analytics and knowledge base system.
